About us
We are in Trani, Puglia, where a few meters from the sea but close to the Murge upland,
"The Flowers of Santa Perpetua" started blooming for my family in 1402.
The Azienda Pietro de Luca Tupputi Schinosa was founded on these lands in 2000 with the desire to create a reality that looks to the future by enhancing the territory and choosing to cultivate only the native cultivar “Coratina” for its gustative and organoleptic qualities, recognized and appreciated by the most demanding palates.
An extra virgin oil obtained directly from the olives and only through first cold pressing.
Highly rich in polyphenols, I Fiori di Santa Perpetua Extra virgin olive oil has an intense fruity fragrance with hints of almond and artichoke, together with a bitter and spicy aftertaste.
The family management of the farm, in which a team of expert workers collaborates, allows individual knowledge and personalized care of each tree.
Technology as well as scientific and gastronomic research have created new needs that allow us today to offer, in a modern key, a product of excellence
that draws all its purity, aroma and strength from flowers.
